Indian Railways — Complaint against Indian Railways

I encountered theft of my handbag while travelling in 2 tier AC coach Sanghamitra Express -12296, dated 1st Apr, '15. The incident occured between the stations Mughal Sarai Jn and Allahabad Jn. We reported the incident to RPF Satna, who registered an FIR(0/15 under 380 IPC). My complaint is against Indian railways for their inability to provide safety and security to their passengers in this highly theft prone belt.
