Indian Railways — Delay and Negligence of Livestock.
A parcel containing live fish was booked and loaded on 16th of February, 2015 and was expected to arrive to Old Delhi railway station on 17th February, 2015. But the train was (as usual) extremely late and reached at 0300hrs in the morning on 18th February, 2015. The parcel was to be unloaded at the same station but due to the lack of interests towards work and negligence the parcel was not unloaded at the destined station and it reached the next station, the final destination (Kalka). The train number is 12311 and it is now almost 3 days that the parcel is unattended. As a proof I only have the parcel's PPR number. If this is the scenario then I am really sorry for what the railways is providing as a service. Its better to stop taking such assignments if one cannot handle its duties and responsibilities diligently. And for the loss, the railways will never ever compensate even if the whole fault is theirs! Was this information helpful?
