Indian Railways — Increase of theft in NCR Zone

My wife was travelling from new Delhi to datia on 24/8/2015 from Punjab Mail (12138) with PNR : [protected] & she was in 3AC coach. Her hand bag was stolen in moving train and was found near public toilet in AC coach only. In that almost 10, 000rs was missing and other important documents were also missing . These days in AC coach anyone can enter and no one is there to stop them, even the attenders are not aware of anything. I have also lost my cellphone in G.T express in the month of April. These days thief's are very active in NCR zone. Incident are happening from Jhansi to Agra and from Mathura to New Delhi. There is no serious action been taken from GRP or CRPF. They just register the complaint. Its been almost 1 year people are getting robbed again and again but no solution is there. Most of the victims are from AC coaches... Please look into it.
