Indian Railways — Injustice with me

I am a student of pharmancy college. today morning when i was travelling through bagh express from asansol for my college. i tarvelled asansol to durgapur in search of a seat so that i can seat and study because today i have an exam in my college. As the train reach durgapur i find a vacant seat and seat there in sleeper class. suddenly a ticket checker( name-abhilash) comes to me and asked for ticket and i produced the ticket to him. after seeing the ticket he told me that he will give a fine of sum 310 rupees. i told him that just now i have got the seat in this coach though there were many person also who are travelling on general ticket. i tried to make them understand that i am a student and i do not have enough money so that i can return to my home also as i belong to a very poor family. i have also told him that today is my exam and please dont do like this. after hearing this he was started saying "paisa do nae to train se utar dunga jail kra dunga phir dena kaise exam doge". i pleased him not to do what he said. i have make requests to him not to do. but still he has taken fine only from me and not even told other persons for the ticket also. and in front of him many people entered in same sleeper coach from durgapur and that t.t had neither told them for ticket nor for the fine. just because i am a student tarvelling alone and had my exam i have charged fine. although i do not have any extra money(i also told him not to take so much fine if he wants to give me fine but still he has not listened me). now i want justice from our government. otherwise i will have to go to the media for justice.
