[protected], Transaction id: [protected], Train no.13005 / AMRITSAR MAIL Date of Booking : 24-Jul-2014, Date of Journey : 15-Aug-2014, From RAMPUR (RMU) To : AMRITSAR JN (ASR) Class: THIRD AC (3A) Quota : GENERAL, Total Fare :Rs 872.47.I did not travel by this train as it was late for more than 3 hours and filed TDR Request on 16.08.2014 (4:37 A.M) and i got confirmation email also. But now i checked the TDR Status and shocked because the status is: TDR Request Fail, (Due to TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit).Please verify my complaint as soon as possible.I am expecting refund. Regards Sandeep Saini, Below is the mail I received from [protected]@irctc.co.in Dear Customer, With reference to refund against PNR Number [protected], it is advised that Railway has introduced Enhanced Coaching Refund System (ECRS), through which e- ticket refund cases against which TDRs are filed are directly registered and transferred to the concerned Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds. TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] was neither registered nor transferred by the system to the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds with reason TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit .
