Respected Sir, I (P.Guru Naresh) of having IRCTC user ID:gurunaresh. My mother was traveling with PNR NO:- [protected] Train No:- 57258, TIRUPATI PSGR on[protected] for class-SL Boarding At Chirala(CLX) Arrival 17.47 Departure 17.48 Destination Tirupati(TPTY) Arrival 02.50 S2 - cabin # Booking Status Current Status 1 W/L 76GNWL W/L 9 2 W/L 77GNWL W/L 10 My Mother and Aunty of 55 & 52yrs of age were travelling. As they were entering inside train cabin, T.T came and asked for ticket. My mother showned ticket to him. he replied it is not eligible for entering inside reservation. As this is waiting listed & you will be penalized & other wise you both you go in general compartment.He said you if waiting listed means you should cancel ticket why your entering inside train. He yelled loudly go get the confirmed ticket or else I shall through you out of the train.When my mother showed him the reserved waiting list ticket he also behaved rudely. Kindly do needful as this type of ticket collectors should be punished. How to complaint on him. I only knows this mail ID only.
