Indian Railways — Non delivery of parcel

I booked a parcel through indian railways on 30-7-15 at chandigarh station vide reciept no 431284 from chandigarh to durgapur . The parcel was sent to howrah station through kalka-howrah mail on 08-08-15. Parcel routed from howrah to durgapur on 10-08-15 through mokamah fast passenger. But the parcel authorities at durgapur station said that the gate didnt opened and hence parcel not unloaded and returned to howrah station . The parcel is vry urgent.
