Sir, yesterday i was booking online train ticket in train no 15016 for 26-01-17 .i made to fill form up to the mark and done with proceeding.they deduct money also from my account.but they did not generate the ticket and send the message telling we could not satisfy your need due to some technical error..but they did not refund my money, it was 2230.08.now its already 24hr about to over..i still waiting for money to be refunded...its my request to solve this issue as fast as possible...my phone number is-[protected], [protected]..kindly take action.
