Indian Railways — TDR filed and refund not received since Dec 2014 (cancellation ID [protected])

Hi Team, It's been more than a month that I have been following up with IRCTC ([protected]@irctc.co.in) in respect of a TDR filed on 29th Dec'14. The train was late by more than 3 hours and the passengers did not travel. The PNR no is [protected]. The refund has not yet been made by IRCTC. Every time I am notified by IRCTC that the matter has been redirected again to the concerned department and that I would receive a response soon. However, this does not seem to be the case. On 25th Jan'15, I sent a reminder e-mail requesting them to arrange the refund before 31st Jan'15 and if that does not happen, I would have to raise a consumer complaint to seek resolution. The target groups were [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.com and [protected]@irctc.com. It's really disappointing to say that none of the units paid attention to the request. Would request an immediate investigation on the dispute so that the refund is initiated at the earliest.
