Indian Railways — TDR filed rejected

Dear sir, i have not got any refund till now of my TDR filed application. Transaction ID-[protected] PNR Number -[protected] Train N -12141 . From -CSTM To -MGS Date of Journey -24-Jan-2015 Reservation Status -TDR Repudiate Date of Booking- 24-Jan-2015 train was 5 hours late from starting point(mumbai cst).According to rule if train is late more than three hours from departing station then i will get refund. I filed TDR but Still did not get refund and now showing TDR Repudiate .Refund the amount as it was 1900 rupee ticket. thank you hari om singh ([protected]
