Indian Railways — Theft of my mother's purse

Someone had stolen my mothers' purse from Kanpur station. Complaint Mode : InTrain Train Number : 12382, Poorva Express (via Gaya) Coach No : S2 Berth / Seat No. : 17 Name: Ruma Dutta (F/56years) It had her debit card/Voter ID card/Cell phone/Cash (INR 2000) total worth INR 12000 in her bag. She was travelling all alone. The train TTE didn't offer any help or cooperated, while there was no CRPF in the running train. This is so ridiculing. Even their was no provision of filing an FIR in the train. I am lodging this complain and requesting to issue me a FIR. Also requesting you to help me in tracking the thief through station CCTV or your best known means. I will expect a prompt response from Indian Railways. Thank you!
