Whenever passenger go for issue ticket or new pass employee of railway clerk told that take chain first or take after ticket i[censored] have chain.if we issue new pass its price 185 and if we give 200 r.s he give 10 r.s back and told that i[censored] have 5r.s chain then take back your 5 r.s.means we have to leave over money.also have rude behavior.
