The grand trunck express is standing in jungle since last 4 hours, railways should realise that people's time is important and there are elder and patients too in the train.Indian railways one of the worst in service delivery. Illegal activities and encroachment at SANTOSHPUR station in the Sealdah- Budge Budge section in on the full swing. No one dears to raise objection on these activities as it involve political patronage. Drugs selling at rampage.
