Indian Speed Post — Delay in delivery /missing speed post cover | |||||
Hi team, I have sent a speed post to mumbai from kothanur (hennur) post office on[protected]. tracking number: ek[protected]in. it is not yet delivered. when i checked the status in online it shows it is dispatched from guwahati to mumbai. but cover is not yet delivered. i have raised a complaint with post office head office. web complaint no.[protected]. It is having my original degree certificates and has to delivered as soon as possible. i am calling them daily from last 5 days. they are unable to find where the cover is resides also. can you please help me on this.
