Dear Sir,
This is to lodge a complaint relating to non refund of show ticket worth INR 6000. I, Jayanta Kumar Ghosh purchased two tickets for Show ‘Shaam E Gazal’ worth INR 6000 on 14.02.2014. On the appointed date fixed for the show on 16.02.2014, I was informed by the organizer through mail that the show was postponed and reschedule date will be announced by evening. Incidentally I have received no mail on that date or thereafter.

Unfortunately, despite of several phone calls and reminders, I regret to say that the concerned organizers have not given due importance to me and refunded back the price of the ticket.
I, therefore, would like to lodge a complaint against them and request you to arrange for refund back price of the show ticket i.e. INR 6000.
