I bought 4 tickets ( Rs 4000 for tickets plus Rs 40 for delivery charges ) for the program- Shaam E Ghazal @ Kolkata from indianstage.in website for the program which was supposed to happen on 16 Feb 2014. But due to rains, the organizers cancelled the event as they didn't take enough precaution for arranging the program in open air. It was mentioned that time that the program was postponed and later on we came to know that it is cancelled ( only after when we called Indianstage helpline numerous times to get an update). Now, even after 6 months, Indianstage is not refunding the money back to our accounts and I have been constantly following up everyday with the Indianstage helpline number ( +91-[protected] ) and they are saying everyday that they will pay by 7 days but so far that has not happened.
I HAVE FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL TIMES and I am tired...
