Hi i have received call from indian travels portal from mob no [protected] that my mail id has been chosen for a free gift for which i have to make online booking of a tour package. I have confirm this several times with the person name mr aman gupta a call center guy and also recorded his telecommunication regarding the free gift offer, the guy has satisfied me that i will be getting a free gift as per his offer of tv, mobile phone, ac, laptop etc, i had made clear that if it comes to fraud than i will sue them while reporting to all media centers. He was confident and approach for a tour package booking online and guided me on over the phone to book the package onlie. On keeping faith on him i have made booking for rs 5555/- on 30th of dec 15 and he has assured me that i will be getting my gift along with travel package, but till now i have not received any gift nor a package voucher and when i called them on their cal center no no one is picking up the phone and if they pick up it by mistake they start making excuses that gift has been dispatched or server is not working or concern staff is on leave, and i have put request as per their policy for returning my funds and for cancellation of gift and tour voucher but i have not get replied by them till now. Now i surely believe that this site "indian travels portal" is a big fraud and whose cal center is working on mobile rather call centers have landlines computerized numbers . Now they are not refunding my money back as per their policy. I request to the concern department to act on this and save others from this kind of fraud.
