IndiaProperty — Not refunding my money

Hi I am a real estate broker and i have taken a package of listing to post the flats online from INDIAPROPERTY.COM, that package got active on 3/3/15 Now its been more then a month they are not sending leads on regular basis . i have to keep reminding the concerned guy from mumbai who takes care of leads named AMIT DAS to send leads but still i get nothing. i have signed a document in which i just saw that i will not get any refund on any basis, As my business was not going well I Some how managed this amount of 10k by borrowing from a close friend and gave it to this company. This company is not at all performing as promised, is there a possibility for refund in this case. A guy named Rakesh is the head of the department who takes care of mumbai division. he does not take my calls cause when I put forth my problems he did not have the answer. Can you help
