[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Awaiting refund - #[protected] | |||
I have been fighting for the refund of a saree (#1016) that was returned last August! When I tried to return #1016 IndiaRush's computer was not allowing me to process the return on line. When I phoned I was told to send an email saying I am returning the item. So I emailed IndiaRush and returned the item along with another saree that was going to the same company -Tiana Creation. They are acknowledging the receipt of one of the sarees but not #1016 which was in the same package. It has been over a year ... IndiaRush and the suppliers they are dealing with are all crooks.
