Indiatimes — Duplicate product received. Refund still not initiated

I purchased a Spykar Jeans from Shopping.indiatimes.com under the order id [protected]. The product received was a duplicate one and the same was intimated to the website. Its took a month to arrange the reverse pick up and its been more then 20 days that the reverse pick up has been done, but still the amount is not refunded. Pls get the same sorted.
