Indiatimes Shopping — faulty product

i have brought a mobile phone through indiatimes shopping vide order id no.[protected] and placed a replace request vide id no.[protected] and was collected by NUVO EX REVERSE PICK UP SHEET NO. IND0009338 ON 25 NOV 2014. But i have not recieved the replacement in spite of numerous calls to consumer care representative of timesinternet. Regards, PN RASOOL
