Indigo Airlines — Baggage damaged and not attending the complaint | |||||
It was very pathetic experience. I was travelling today for a business trip from Pune to Hyderabad by flight 6E 497 dated 23th Nov, 2015 with Pnr M5J42S. I saw my bag falling while getting loaded on the air plane. When I collected my luggage on Hyderabad airport, it was damaged, the handle is damaged and the cloth of the bag is also torn which will eventually make it for no use. In addition, I also found that the seal of the bag was also not there. to complain for the issue, I politely went to the Indigo counter and met Mr. Kashi, he instead of helping me showed his total negligence and was very rude in giving his assistance. I told him to contact me to manager, he said he is only the manager and it was written security on his badge. I told that my seal was opened, he instead of agreeing said that it might be by mistake, for proof I said that my clothes are upside down which can only happen if somebody has opened it. His behaviour was very rude and he clearly said that nothing can be done on this issue, I am really sorry to travel with your flight and make sure that in future I don't.
