Indigo Airlines — Missing my flight due to delay at boarding pass counter

I was traveling from kolkata to mumbai on 29 octo 2015, but at the boarding pass counter, the staff engaged himself in resolving other customer's issue, and took a lot of time. Which causesd me to miss the flight, as the staff carelessly attended me late.
