Indigo Airlines — Money deducted ticket not generated

Hi, i was booking a ticket from indigo app by sbi credit card. While i was paying then it went to citrus pay after that payment was succesfull and i didnt get any confirmation or any pnr number only i got message was payment was successful it got strucked in citrix pay only. Iam providing these details
