Indigo Airlines — Unethical & shameful treatment made by indigo bangalore airport officials to my son shashank agrawal | |||
On 26.5.2016, my son shashank agrawal, who was scheduled to depart from bangalore to raipur by indigo flight no. 6e-466 (Pnr no. Z59d7y), was refused by indigo bangalore officials on the pretext that he was late despite his repeated requests that he was stranded in traffif jam. He was bluntly asked to cancel ticket & arrange for other alternative arrangement. Consequently, he had to book another ticket for 27.5.16, thereby causing a loss of rs. 9000/-+mental torture+loss of time. This is the inhumane face of indigo! Pray for the compensation/refund of rs. 9000/-+action against errant officials. Was this information helpful? | |||
