I had called up the helpline number for Diploma in Tourism Studies through Distance Education. The lady at the helpline number was extremely rude and spoke in a very insulting tone. She was literally yelling at me. It was extremely sad to know that IGNOU does not respect its candidates and their queries.

I will never want to study at such a university where the University staff itself don't have a humble and polite approach for their own applicants. Terrible Experience!!
