Individual — E ticket confirmed still fined by TC shri Srivastav
Respected sir/Madam, I had booked E ticket from kolhapur to solapur train no.11052 PNR no [protected] time 23:55 and the Eticket was confirmed on seat no B1 53 for which i paid a fare of Rs.485/-. Sir, when i ascended on the train, the TC asked for my ticket, I showed the ticket on my Mobile then he asked for ID i showed photo copy of my pan card, sir, he rejected the proof saying that only original id is a must still my ticket was confirmed he treated it as a without ticket and he fines me and gave another ticket costing rs.910/- it was the height of his arrogance and showing the rule of proof as he was not checking other passengers id so strictly and beside he can judge me by observing my age, sex etc but he refused.His behavior was very rude and arrogant.I have pictured his behaviour in my mobile and can produce as a proof. It was my mental and financial harassment as i had to pay Rs.485(my e ticket charge for AC 3 tier fare)+Rs.910 (Fine+another ticket). As a rule the TC had not wore his coat and there was no name plate on his chest so that the passengers can identify that he is TC, i asked for that then he took his Black coat from his locked suitcase and then wore.TC name was Srivastav.i had written this complaint in complaint register taking from the same TC in Train.This all was very horrible and insulting as a esteemed passenger of indian railway. I beg for justice and reimbursement of my fare and a dew amount as i have suffered mentally.
