Individual — No response while calling and i am losing my cell phone balance too
I have changed my ticket yesterday, so i need some information very urgent. I was calling from the morning. I heard customer care voice alone and recorded voice is saying no one is there to pick the call, It makes me mad and i lost more balance also. They are doing too worst service. Here after we people won't come in Air India express.
