Kumkum Jewels — Regarding defective pendants | |
Refer invoice no. LAKH/15-16/21977 dated 01.09.2015 vide you have supplied us KUMKUM Jewels worth Rs. 1999.00 out of which three Pcs. of Pendants were found defective for which we have intimated many times to replace the same. More over as desired by staff of Homeshop18 the photographs of defective jewels were sent through Email but no action has been taken so far. Therefore, it is better to refund the money at the earliest.

Total Waste. Tanishq is absolutely over-priced shop. My wife put a gold chit for our wedding which came up to about 60000. We bought a chain with a very simple design whose value was only about Rs.43, 000. The remaining 17000 went in making charges & other what ever charges they claim When we bought the gold rate was Rs. 2650, and after 2 months we went there to sell it for financial reasons. The gold rate was Rs. 2800, Rs. 150 more than the buying price per gram. But guess how much we were getting in cash. Only Rs. 41000. We spent 60000 & in 2 months we are getting only 41000. Everything went in making charges. Who on earth charges so much of making charges for a simple design. We bought another chain from Kalyan for about 1 Lakh, more sophisticated design, the making charges were only about Rs. 7500, & they still gave us further discount on it. I will never go back to Tanishq again. I'll never recommend anyone also. Tanishq please know that it is easier to retain a new customer than to bring in a new customer.
