Samsung — Payment towards the cost of damaged samsung monitor to be received - your phone call on 8th feb'15. | |||
Dear Sir, Since, my Samsung monitor I made a complaint on 3rd Feb'15.In response to my mail Samsung service Engineer, Mr.Nitheesah Service Engineer had called on me and taken photos of the monitor, my ID proof, bank account details and original bill Xerox.The details of my monitor are given below for your information. Make:: SAMSUNG S.No: ZT8TH4LC101099A. Model: S19A1ON Model: LS19A10NS/XL In this connection I received a phone call from Samsung customer support informing me that they will be sending the Cheque towards the cost of monitor to me Rs:5, 150/-.But so for I received NO confirmation of phone call from their office. When I tried to send a request to their customer care and other supporting email IDs given in their website, unfortunately all the mails are returning back undelivered informing technical problem.Once I receive the cheque, I want to purchase a New Monitor.You may agree with me it is more than 10 days from the date of my lodging a complaint and now a days computer became a part of our daily life .With out monitor I am NOT in a position to continue my project work.So, I request you, please advise the Samsung to send the cheque at the earliest possible.
