[Resolved] Axis Bank — Response is not good | |||
I have visited axis bank pullareddy branch today to know about the gold loan process. I went to the 7th counter myself and asked about the gold loan. He showed me the gold loan counter. But the person who will take care of the gold loan is not there. His name is Chaitanya. B. So he told me to wait for him. The time is 9.40 am. I have waited till 10.40am but the concern person did not came. So I asked the attender one more time. He said that he has to come by 10.00am. I don't know why he hasn't came yet. I have waited for 10min more. After that an young guy came and sit in that counter. I went to him and asked for gold loan process. He then said the person who needs to sit in that place is in leave. Please go to sleep. S. R. Nagar branch. I have faced this problem for the second time. The management has to consider two points in this. 1. There has to be a enquiry cabin with the information about the employee details to give support to the customers. 2. If someone in leave that isn't mean the world got stopped.
