[Resolved]  Government Of Karnataka — To remove the compound wall erected by Chaitanya Villas & Akshaya Villas

It is understood from CDP Plan – issued by government of Karnataka through Revised Master Plan 2015 BANGALORE 2007, Proposed Land Use Plans Volume 2, (Approved by Govt vide G.O. No.UDD 540 BEM AA SE 2004 Dated:[protected] as part of the Revised Master Plan 2015) the said 12 mts wide which has been also demarked in the above said BDA sanction plan and the portion of the land has been also relinquish to the BDA by the developer for the purpose.

We request your good selves to initiate to remove the compound wall erected by Chaitanya Villas & Akshaya Villas (Red Stone Trading Pvt ltd) in Sy No.24/4, 24/7a, 24/7b, 24/7c, 24/8, 24/9, 24/10 151/1 & 151/2 of Seegehalli & Kannamangala Village respectively. They do not have right to block the road by constructing the compound wall, since the road is a public road & the public can utilize the same & also they have relinquish to BDA the land for use of public when they availed plan sanction from BDA for construction of their projects.

On Seegehalli road there are several residential projects which is heading to main road thru a narrow road inside Seegehalli village where only one vehicle can pass at a time, resulting to traffic jam on either side of the road. This is causing inconvenience for the residents and also for school children. Kindly do the needful.
