My BP No. [protected] is 150 days old, I had made several complaints. My latest complaint no. is PRJ[protected], but not received any response from your end. I had sent several mails regarding this at customercare.[protected]@igl.co.in but did not received any reply from your end. I had made several call on your phone no. [protected], and visited your customer centre which is situated opposite Vivek Vihar police station and every time I am getting the assurance that within 2-3 days my meter will be installed. Meter were installed to some BP No. created after my BP No. in this locality, how it is possible I don't know. Was this information helpful? | |||
