My b.p. no. is 4000358224, i have applied for new connection in month of sepember'2015, and my cheque of rs 6000/- was cleared on 5/10/15, but no action for installation was taken by IGL till jan'2016
now igl installation team is continuously harrasing us for installation and asking for bribe.
no response have been given by customer care number of igl
please help in this regard...

I received an inflated bill (BP NO: 4000096079) of my gas pipeline few months ago and immediately I complained about the same. There was a leakage in the valve which was replaced by the team. I was ensured that the bill will be revised since the leakage was not due to my negligence. Its been more than Six months that I have been running after the officials to get my bill revised, so that I can pay the bill and get a relief from the issue but nobody is ready to work on the revision of bill. Dear Sir My invoice No is this (100014353659) & business partner No is this (1000028994) invoice date 14/12/2015 taking reading 1042.500 .This reading is wrong . actual reading is 901 on date 09/01/2016 so what i do. please resolve this problem and you know am face this problem almost last 2 year. 30/05/2015 actual reading 896 and showing 931 on bill. 04/11/2015 actual reading 898 and showing on bill 942. 05/12/2015 actual reading 901 and showing on bill 1010. Hi,

I have raised a complain twice with IGL regarding the leakage of inlet rubber gas pipe and have not heard back from IGL since a long time now. The leakage in the gas pipe has increased. Had I known that about this, I would have noted the complaint number (in case you are not able to find my complain record)
Please help me know in case anything worse happens due to the negligence if the IGL department. I would also be interested to know the total turnaround time to resolve such issues. It is the duty of the department to provide timely service to their customers, especially...

I never got the physical bill for my connection, when contacted on CC for that, they says that bill sent to your address as well as on your e-mail. when I checked my mail, there was a bill but address on e-bill was wrong. I contacted again CC for correction of address on bill, they says for this i have to visit head office (R K Puram) for this. I don't have time to visit there for this. can some authorised person come to my address and after verifying all the papers correct the address for sending physical bills....

Despite my complaints on phone to the customer care no. the mistake is not being corrected in the last three bills.  The last complainti made was vide no. MKT20152110553  DT. 13 .07 15. On this day the actual meter reading was 1223 but the bill was sent on higher reading on estimate basis. I was told it will be corrected  and a revised bill will be sent. I am living in rented accommodation in AWHO, Greater Noida. Our landlord has got PNG installed in the house last year. We are using this facility but no bill has been generated till now. IGL — Wrong Billing

My BP No is 1000175126. I have received a bill of 2458 INR. My only consumption for billing is 16 scm and the bill came for 97 scm. As per the IGL bill, The reading used for billing on 17-09-2015 is 337. However, the actual reading on 16-10-2015 is 256. The last billing taken was 240 scm. I tried customer care no 1860 180 1817 but no answer. I have written the emails to customer support but no one cared to reply....

I registered complaint on IGL regarding my meter speed. I observed that my meter is running fast and the monthly gas consumption is way higher than my previous consumption. I had used one cylinder per month before I opted PNG connection and that volume used to be more than enough. How my consumption could be higher all of a sudden with PNG connection, that too every month? (It has been four months I got connection and I am getting unreasonable payments to make, which is a burden on my pocket).

The meter running fast than usual is also confirmed by the person who came for meter reading....
