Sir,
I have submitted new connection form alongwith cheque of₹ 1275 in Aug 2017 and I was allotted number [protected] . I was told that connection will be given after three months of cheque clearance.
To my surprise three times igpl rep came for inspection and possible route of connection to the kitchen of 1st, 2nd and third floor o[censored] 34, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. All the times it was told that we will give connection within a week.
I am soory to say that the policy of igpl to give connection within 3 months after cheque clearance is failed.IIt is worst on the part of IGPL to loose faith of customer.
It is requested that if IGPL is unable to give connection they should apologize and refund the money to the customers.

There is no improvement in this case. Please let me know the reason for considerable delay. It clearly show you are going to give service after giving connection.
Even customer care is not able to give suitable reply. I don't know whether I should accept the delay till my life and forgo the the amount deposited.

IGL Bhawan, Plot No. 4, Community Centre, Sector 9, R K Puram, New Delhi, Delhi, India - 110022
In our organization DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, SECTOR 12, R. K. PURAM, New Delhi 110022, two hostels are running and consequently two commercial PNG connections are installed one at each hostel. These two connections are pertaining to Business Partner No [protected] and [protected] locating Boys Hostel and Girls Hostel respectively.
In the beginning correction factor for calculating net PNG consumption at each location was different and more than one. An instrument called VCS system is also installed just beside the PNG Meter at each location which specifically provides the Correction Factor.
Here we are observing that where consumption is more, billing is less and vice a verse where consumption is less billing is on higher side. In past complaint regarding this has been sent to the Technical Department of IGL, they inspected accordingly, but its consequence remained that correction factor at each location went on depicting one (unit) in later onward monthly billing. Ultimately discrepancies in monetary effect remained unchanged i.e. less consumption more billing and more consumption less billing.
It has been observed in billing that actual Meter Readings are not illustrated in the bill despite correction factor is one. It is universal truth that if correction factor is one then the difference between final and initial readings will be actual consumption. The role of VCS system in PNG is the same as that of CT Box(Current Transformer Bos) in Electricity consumption.
It is requested that kindly look into the matter seriously and resolve it as early as possible.
Thanking you,
Principal
