Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Non installation of new connection | |||||
I have applied for the new connection on 30.6.2016 and deposited a demand draft of Rs.1000/- in favaour of Indraprastha Gas Ltd. vide Syndicate Bank demand draft no.469509 dt. 29.6.2016 as required. The New connection is yet to installed. No one also visited despite a period of 12 days.On requesting their telephone number 46074607 it is not responding. Vide e-mail of their customer care, they are asking for BP number and Registered Lead Number which is not available with me. As I have not been registered despite 12 days of applying.
