I have 2 bp numbers [protected] and [protected] whose disconnection was done in feb this year and i have sent my employee with the physical report of igl engineer in may and got the receiving also we were told refund will come in 4-6 weeks but it has been 3 months and i am tired of following up with customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority but no one answers the mails and their phones are always engaged
The height of frustration is they are still sending estimated bills
