[Resolved]  Indus Ind Bank — Credit card

To whom so ever it may concern,

I had availed a credit card ending with 5004 from Indus Ind Bank on Jan'15 .The transaction and payments were on time and date till last month i.e. Jan'16.

The problem started from Nov'15 when my card was blocked. I called up the customer care and asked the reason and came to know that I have exceeded the credit limit which was fair enough. I made the payment in the month of Dec'15 of Rs 5900 for which they released my card and I was able to use my card again for Rs 2300.Again my card was blocked saying reached maximum limit. I made the payment again of Rs 5900(Min due)in the month of Jan'16 for which they haven't released the card and when called up the bank they asked me to call the customer care which I did and surprisingly got an answer saying I cant use the card until I make full payment for which I was very much disappointed and irate. Hence I skipped the payment for Feb'16.

Today a lady called up(wont remember her name)saying she is calling on behalf of Indus Ind and asked me to make the payment as I told her my problem and informed her I will not make the payment until I get a clear picture of my payment made till date and I need some one to address it if possible to visit home and do the same.The lady who spoke to me doesn't have a basic etiquette of how to speak to the customer and she was yelling at me saying why did you use the credit card if not able to make the payment and some harsh words. She totally harassed me.She hurt my feelings and ego with her harsh words. I repeatedly told her to stop and learn how to deal with the customers and explain him about the pros and cons for which she was unable to listen and kept on shouting on me.I don't know how you people take this complaint but ensure customer is treated with utmost care and respect even if he/she is a defaulter. Collecting payment and getting money from the customer is an art and cleverness. If you(Indus Ind Bank)hire this type of employees than surely there will no customer satisfaction and hit in revenue.

Also about my payment, I do not want to have a conversation with such type of employees anymore, please arrange an representative to explain me of my payment done right from the beginning till date. Till then i will keep this payment On-Hold.

Hi Team,

Kindly note that you have charged me late fee of Rs 9000 for last three month against my credit card no.[protected].Kindly waive off theses charges for next time i will take care of due date.I have also discussed with you customer care department and my ref.no.36298955.please do the needful.

Please Sir Urgent Action of my problem

and maximum call your customer care and maximum mail your email id but not response my query plz action my query..and refund the amount.
