[Resolved]  Indus Motors — Damaged Driver Seat for WagonR, VXi

I have purchased my Car Maruti Wagon R VXi with Regn. No. KL12E4658 through Indus Motors in June 2010. After a few months I have noticed that the Drivers Seat has a left bend, I have complained this matter to the Indus Service Centre at Kakkavayal, Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala and they said it is due to the excess body weight (Yes I am 91 KGs) Even after repeated complaints and as my car was with extended warranty, the service people said it cannot be replaced and they have made some welding .
