Indus Motors — Not satisfied with the breakdown service

Recently we had car service done in september from Tellichery Indus Motors.On Nov 8th at around 6.30 Pm our Car (Maruti Omni) broke down near Nandi Toll Quilandy. We called the breakdown customer care service Tellichery and got the phone number from them of Indus Ernakulam breakdown service. They contacted Vadakara Indus breakdown service and gave our details. We got a call from Vadakara breakdown service and we informed them that the engine fan belt has broken and engine got overheated and smoke was coming from our vehicle. They said they don't have spare fan belt and since it's Sunday they can't come in the night. And they will come only on Monday morning. On Monday morning we changed the fan belt ourself and started the vehicle and when we reached Iringal the engine again started getting heated up and we stopped the car there. We contacted Vadakara breakdown service and informed them the issue. They came to us and after checking said water hose is leaking and vehicle was taken to Vadakara Indus showroom. They took our details and said because the spare parts availability may get delayed, they said you can take the car to any other private workshop. We are not all satisfied with the indus motors service.
