I am Mr. Binu Sahadevan, owned a Maruti Wagon-R car KL-31A 3822. My vehicle's last service done on last april 2014. They had taken my vehicle from my home for servicing. Same day evening they returned the vehicle. Tool kit and jack missing that time. Actually I am working abroad. My aged parents only staying in my home. they didn't checked thoroughly whenever needed. I came on vacation this month. I knew that jack and tool kit missing. I went to Indus kareela kulangara and informed them. Two weeks already over after posting complaint. This is totally irresponsible attitude shown by them. So take serious action regarding this matter.
