Indus University — Faculty demotion and mental harassment

Dear sir
Education has become a business that spoils student and career of faculties as ugc just granted as many as universities but didn't follow or check either universities follows rule or not. Ugc is doing its duty well but many things are hidden to you that's the reason today i mail you one of the fact.

Indus university is been granted as deemed university in ahmedabad gujarat since 3 years. But they don't follow any academic rules o[censored]gc.
Faculty are assigned load in such a way that one will take only lectures through out semester and other only labs i. E. 18 hours lectures conducted by only 1 faculty and other will conduct only labs.
This is against rule o[censored]gc and teaching schema o[censored]niversity.
Management ordered such rules to save their money in crores as many faculty are underload or having 0 load and thus they are forced to left job but if they follow rules each faculty has equal load and focussing on given subject.
This is totally injustice and mental harassment of faculties.
In india faculty are treated as guru and given highest respect even more than parents. Is this a way to treat with faculties??
Second issue about syllabus. It is designed in such a way that 1 subject includes combination of other subjects without having relevance to that subject.
Student face lot of problems but as usual it's deemed university having full power so they don't even dare to think of saying anything.
But today i umang thakkar as citizen of india a responsible person thinks that such injustice has to be stopped not only in indus university but also in many colleges under aicte not giving their salary which they are liable to get instead of they are forced to work in low salaries but on paper they are shown as full pay.

Many issues will be found i[censored]gc and aicte properly investigate the matter thoroughly and if you don't than india will be losing many faculties as like farmers suicide now time has come that faculties even after studying through out their life needs to do suicide which is very shameless thing for india.

A humble request to ugc and aicte to take some action and make india better than what it is.

Many other proofs can be gathered easily.
