Purchased Honda unicorn in Dec 2012 (MH20CM8106) with loan from IndusInd Bank. Loan has cleared on time. I never applied for NOC hence before. Now they are telling me to pay Rs. 590 for NOC. Showing me the fees required for duplicate NOC. They are also telling me that this is old matter....

5 years before car loan taken from indusind bank, now that is completed my loan amount 2.40 lakhs now days I paid 6.11 lakhs in five years, last few amount only pending but they charged extra penalties charges for my loan amount. I need reduce my pending amount....
