[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Calls from indusind bank

This complaint is regarding the calls we received from indusand bank for personal loans or other things.
Today i have received a call from a representative named ajay ([protected])
After he introduced himself, i politely informed him that i'm not interested in any offers.

In reply, he told me in harsh manner that, why i have picked up the phone if not interested in bank offers?

As a well known bank in banking sector in india, i never expected such a reply from the bank persons. This should not be the way and i expect indusand bank to treat the people and suggest to provide a proper training to the staff before they get engaged with customer for marketing any offers.

I am a credit card holder of Indusind bank, I am going through some difficult times and could not pay my minimum dues this month and paid it partially.
Now i got a call from [protected] from a lady and she started abusing me for payment.I need help to set things right, how should i proceed.
