[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit card deactivation | |||
Sir As per your representative I was supposed to receive a card with no fees lifetime. She told I will receive a powerbank with th card and I will be required to pay rs 500 initially. I have received no gift and not used card even once as you have not provided any pin. Now I am getting messages to pay an amount of rs575. I request you to kindly cancel my card and amount. Its been 2 months, and no action has been taken by the bank. Customer Care is also good for nothing.
I would recommend not to open an account here as this bank is trying to eat people's hard earned money.
