Indusind Bank — Credit card not received and bill generated | |||||
I have applied for the credit card, but the card is not delivered, even after specifically said to deliver the courier to the official address but not delivered. Question is, u want our office address, office ph. No., but don't want to delivery the courier to the official address rite? What the hell it is. I have registered a complaint against this, he said 3 times card will be delivered to the residential address then it will be send to the official address. Even after getting confirm from customer why are you sending courier to residential address? My complaint no is "24594". Now who is going to pay 575 rs to the bank? What will be the effect on my cbc points in rbi? Since my pan card no. Is attested to the card. With all due respect, i ask you to cancel my card. I don't want your card.
