[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit card penalised for your own lapse in service | |||
Got credit card against fixed deposit. Request made at kilpauk branch for closure of fixed deposit liened with you and settlement of all credit card dues on 18th august 2016. Branch promised closure and settlement within next 48 hrs. My payment due date was 23rd. I informed at branch and was assured not to worry. Now they closed my fixed deposit deliberately on 28th and penalised me to the tune of ₹4251/- for your own lapse in service. I feel cheated and dejected. Was this information helpful? | |||
