[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Customers are forced to take some AVIVA investment plan, else are being harassed | |||
In recently opened branch at Noida sector 119 the staff is really rude. They force customers to take some AVIVA investment plan. If customer doesn't wish to take that plan, they harass them. Customers are avoiding coming to the branch, exploring to close their account and go with ICICI or HDFC which are in the same building. There is a lady Singh, she is especially starts harassing and speak bad words if some customer is not investing as per their enforcement. Was this information helpful? | |||
