Dear Sir/Madam
My Debit card (No.[protected] ) is showing unauthorised use while using. when contacted customer care service he said new card is delivered to you, so old card is blocked. Neither I have requested for a new card, nor I received any card.
I would like to know how the card is blocked without intimating or confirming with me. this has cause lot of inconvenience to me. Kindly get back to me immediately.
