[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Document and personal detail collect by wrong way | |||
Dear Team pls help When i apply indusind bank credit card he collect my document in my home.After he come back after 2 day and he say pls provide some do and i give the document. After this i got 6-7 verification call and done home verification in my home and after home verification i got final call and says we dispatch your card your verification done. After 25+ days waiting i call bank and ask for status and she says sorry sir update pending till 25+ days sorry sir normally bank time line for any credit card application status updation is 10-12 days maximum. sorry but your application status not update after 25 days.she provide mail id and say do mail for updation when i do mail and after mail i call bank again and he say its neg. When i ask for reason he says i do not tell you and not replay mail he provide only ref number Was this information helpful? | |||
